  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Information
